Jealous Russian Stalker by Flora Ferrari
My rating: 3 of 5 stars.
I watch her from a distance… a close distance.
The moment I saw her name I couldn’t stop thinking about her. The first time I laid eyes on her I followed her. When she steps out for the day, I step in… to her personal space without leaving a trace.
I need to know everything about her. Her past. Why she’s here in Russia. Her plans for the future.
But whatever plans she may have had just got cancelled, because I’ve got a plan of my own… to make her mine no matter what or who tries to come between us.Jealous Russian Stalker
I’m obsessed and I won’t stop until she’s mine… forever.
Possessive stalkerish dude!
The guy, Ivan, ends up having a reason for stalking the girl. However, he does fall instantly in love with her the first time he sees her and decides she belongs to him from that point on. He gets a bit crazy jealous (in his mind) though his inner commentary about what he would like to do to other guys that look at her or flirt with her is pretty funny.
Also he goes a bit beyond the normal stalking which is kind of sick if it is something that happened to you, but in a story like this it is actually sort of funny. When she finds out about it, she is already in love with him and just hits him in the arm like it was no big deal.
This is a very quick read (136 pages) and this author has a bunch of similar books, but I don’t think I liked this one enough to bother reading any others, despite the fact that I do tend to like jealous possessive and even stalkerish men in books (never in real life), but what is fun in fiction isn’t always what is fun IRL.
