Audiobook Review: Wicked Girl (Wicked, #3) by Piper Lawson. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wicked Girl by Piper Lawson

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

He was a prince, until he walked away.

I was a nobody, until I was dragged into the light.

I was never supposed to be part of Wicked.

But it was always part of me.

Now, it’s my turn to be brave. To sacrifice. To do something that matters.

Even if the man I love hates me for it.

The following ratings are out of 5:
Narration: 🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙
Romance: 💛🖤💜💙❤️
Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙
World building: 🌎🌍🌏🌎🌏
Character development: 😕🤬🤯😎🥰

The Hero: Jax Jamieson – retired rock star trying to raise his daughter on his own. A daughter who is angry about being lied to most of her life, a young teenager who is rebelling against everything in her life.

The heroine(s): Haley Telfer – she inherited Wicked Records from her biological father and decided to run the company. Since then she sold eighty percent, but still runs the youth program at Wicked that her father started.

The Story: Wicked records wants Jax back. He is still the biggest rock star on the planet. In bringing Jax back to Wicked, it also brings Jax back to Haley. Jax struggles with writers block in coming up with some new songs, while Haley struggles to keep her youth music program running.

I love the supporting characters in this series, such as Haley’s best friend Serena with her pet skunk Scrunchie, Jax’s daughter Annie, Jerry the old sound guy with Alzheimer’s, the guys in the Jax’s band Riot Act and more. I have already read Piper Lawson’s Rival series which is about Jax’s Daughter Annie and her best friend Tyler who she met in this book. I loved that series and waited too long to read this one.
