The heroine: Banner Regent (a.k.a. Bruce) – she lives in a posh apartment in New York. Her parents have no time for her as they are busy scientists who are disappointed she didn’t go into a similar field as them.
The Hero(s): Logan Brantley – he grew up in a small town in Kentucky and was looked down upon by the entire town until he joined the Military and returned and bought the local garage. He is now becoming know for his classic car restoration and is one of the most sought after bachelors in town.
The Story: Banner’s best friend Greer has a Gran that lived in Kentucky and the last time she was at the home she left her phone, which Logan found. When Banner texted Greer, it was Logan who answered and they began to chat through text. Both of them become fascinated with each other.
I liked this story and the relationship between Banner and Logan. She was the good time girl who liked to party and the queen of the one night stand. While Logan is the hot bachelor mechanic and business owner in a small town with single women wanting to marry him.
The narration was great. It was done by Elena Wolfe and Sebastian York. Sebastian has done the narration on a lot of the audiobooks I have listened to and he has a great voice for romance. Deep and gravely and perfect for dirty talk. Elena Wolfe does a great job as well.
