Good supernatural story!
Zorah finds a man in her shed who was shot in the chest with no pulse and not breathing, so she closes the shed doors, goes into the house and calls 911 to report a dead body. Little does she know that before the police and ambulance arrive, the man will get up, break out of the shed and into her house, and feed on her blood from her neck, leaving her without any wound. Police chalk it up to the man being on drugs and her having difficulty finding the pulse.
She sees the Vampire at her job the next day where she is a waitress and he asks her to meet with him. He tells her there is something special about her blood but walks out. The next day at her work another man comes in and stares at her and asks her personal questions and makes her uncomfortable all day. This man sets her up and things get crazy from there. The Vampire Rans comes to her rescue a few times and they work together to try to find out what the other man wants.
I like the two sides against each other aspect of the story and how it drives the two main characters together and makes the Vampire become her protector since he knows the supernatural world and she is just finding out about it.
