Hating My New Husband (Hate Love, #3)

Hating My New Husband by B.B. Hamel

My rating: 4 of 5 stars.

Fake husband. Real a–hole.

As soon as I get what I want, I’m gone.

I hate Davis so much I could puke.

For years I’ve hated him, ever since high school.

Now he’s back in my life, and of course he’s successful and gorgeous.

That’s Davis, perfect Davis, with his incredible eyes and ripped body.

Most women would die to lick sweat from his arms.

I’d rather swallow dirt.

But he says he needs my help, and he’s offering me a ton of money.

All I have to do is one simple, stupid, tiny little thing:

I just have to marry him.

Pretend to be his wife.

Simple, right?

Except nothing is simple with Davis.

He’s Canadian, and his enemies want him deported.

So I need to trick immigration into letting him stay.

Sure, totally cool, no big deal, I lie to federal agents all the time.

Except I hate him so much, I can’t think straight.

I spend all night dreaming about his hands on my body.

As soon as his lips touch mine and he whispers, I do, I know we’re screwed.

We’re never getting away with this.

Unless maybe, just maybe, we can turn this fake marriage into something real.

Hating My New Husband is a fun and exciting hate-to-love romance. It has super steamy scenes and some bad language. It’s only recommended for readers 18+. If you like men that can’t get enough of their women, lots of dirty talk, and some really hot scenes, this book is for you!

Hating My New Husband is a safe standalone novella with no cliffhanger, no cheating, and a guaranteed HEA. Enjoy!!

Hating My New Husband

Fun and sexy book!

Not a new storyline, guy hires girl to marry him because immigration is on his back. Though I can’t believe that a rich CEO with a business in the US putting tax dollars into the economy would truly be threatened with deportation because of being Canadian. I mean if all these foreign actors can live in the US indefinitely then why not a billionaire CEO. But what do I know about immigration and for fictional purposes the plot works.

The ICE agent was really just on him because he was a friend of the competition and doing a favor. But Davis got Carly to marry him and she was perfect for him since they were friends in boarding school. However she has hated him ever since. She loved him in high school and he constantly used her to get girls and finally after being with her best friend he bragged about it to her and left her devastated.

Now she has debts to pay and he is paying her a lot of money to fool immigration. But things heat up between them right away. He likes to take control and she likes to let him. The romance is quite steamy and the story is short (176 pages) but fun.
