The best book of the three. Entertaining and funny.
I liked this book. It had so many funny parts and it was quite steamy as well. Ivy has been bullied by members of a group of friends that call themselves “The Council”. In the first book, I thought their bullying tactics were extremely childish considering they are in a private college. Though their bullying had gotten less juvenile at the end of the first book and into the second, it was straight up cruel.
Now “The Council” is fracturing, and the guys have been learning the group one by one to be with Ivy. It is turning into a reverse harem for real now. Though I must say they are all a bit crazy, including Ivy. I laughed out loud quite a few times during this book. Some of the time it was due to genuinely funny situations and words, and a few times because there were things that happened or were said that were so stupid they were funny.
You’ll have to read the books to know what I’m talking about. But I did truly like the book and I need to read the next one to find out what happens to Ivy and the two girls that remain of “The Council”. They are Chelsea, a true mean girl who only wants to make herself feel better by taking Ivy down. Also there is Heather who is Ivy’s half sister that grew up with their Movie Star father.
I don’t know what to think of Heather because sometimes she seems like another mean girl like Chelsea and other time she looks like she is just pathetically mimicking whatever Chelsea is doing in order to win Chelsea’s approval. There is a big cliffhanger at the end of this book. And now I am really exited to find out what happens next.
